Hunurijärvi Resort is a nature-based destination offering accommodation, a restaurant, conferences, and year-round experiences. We are passionate about creating memorable stays for our guests and are now looking for a Resort Manager to support our continued growth and development.
About the role
As Resort Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the daily operations of the resort. You will lead the team, drive the development of the business, and ensure a high standard of service and guest satisfaction. Working closely with all areas of the resort, you will play a key role in creating a well-functioning organization where both guests and employees thrive.
Your responsibilities:
- Lead, inspire, and develop the team
- Oversee the daily operations of the resort
- Ensure high service quality and guest satisfaction
- Manage budgeting, performance follow-up, and business development
- Develop new services, activities, and events
- Build and strengthen partnerships with customers and business partners
- Support sales and marketing activities
We are looking for someone who:
- Has previous leadership experience
- Has experience in the hotel, restaurant, tourism, or hospitality industry
- Is well-organized, responsible, and solution-oriented
- Has a strong customer focus and excellent collaboration skills
- Is fluent in Swedish, Finnish, and English, both spoken and written
